Flexible braid copper busbar connector

We do supply Flexible Busbar in two kinds i.e. Flexible braid copper busbar connector and Flexible Laminated Copper Connectors.

Our Flexible Busbar Connector is copper of purity 99.9%, tinned plated. Shape of flat or round can be choiced.

Cross section area can be from 10 to 3500 square milimeter. below is a table of Current Rating and Cross section area;

The above has options with a pre-drill pad or no-drill(plane) pad.

Any requirement with the required parameter from customer as also welcome. The parameter are current carrying capacity, length of the connector, width of the connector, the pad size and the pad drill plan. We will design as per the required parameter.

We also do braid connector for flange. Braid size 10 square milimeter and with big hole lug M16.

If the order is for long length, the length tolerance is +-5%

to get high flexibility of the flexible parts and also not difficult in installation, the parallel pieces are to be consider. for example , 2 of the connectors 1000A connected in parallel can do 2000A current rating. see the parallel connection in the photo below;
